Steps for Instructions:
  1. Preparation Before Measurement: Remove the jewelry from your hand, do not eat, drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages, smoke, do exercise or take a bath for 30 minutes prior to taking a measurement.
  2. Tighten the Cuff Properly: Wrap the cuff around your wrist, attaching it to itself with the hook-and-loop fastener. The display needs to be on your inner wrist, as your pulse is strongest there.
  3. Rest Wrist at Heart Level: For an accurate reading, place your arm on a pillow or similar. The monitor should be the same level with your heart for the best reading.
  4. Start the Measurement: Sit up straight, relax and press the Start button to start the measurement.



Warm Tips for Measurement:
  1. The best time for testing is morning time or any time you feel relaxed and stress free.
  2. Either wrist can be used when testing, however, when comparing results, the same wrist should be used. 
  3. Testing on your left wrist may provide more accurate results as it is located closer to your heart.
